The dust bowl at 3 Deanery Road in St. Andrew, which has long been a nuisance to community members, has been transformed into a multipurpose sports complex.
The European Union (EU) and the Government of Jamaica provided $42 million for the project under the third phase of the Poverty Reduction Programme (PRP), which is being implemented by the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF).
