  Project Description: The project seeks to facilitate the development of a new Jamaica by transforming the conversation about what is possible for ourselves and having Jamaicans take responsibility at a whole new level.   Community Contribution
  Description:		 The sponsor will contribute administrative costs. such as office space, utilities, telephone, courier services and salaries of the Project Director and two administrative staff (one part-time). The community will contribute the voluntary labour of approxmately 1,550 persons, including the transformation team, the 10 coordinators, the 254 facilitators, the 1,200 transformation ambassadors, the 4 overseas-based trainers, the designer of the mental model instrument which will be the basis for measurements of impact, computer technicians, web page designers, personnel for the final event of this project at the national stadium from MC to Decorator. In-kind contributions from the private sector will be raised to provide computer equipment and travel costs/accommodation for the overseas consultants. Finally cash and kind contributions will be raised from other sources for the communication budget to cover publicity, ads, booklets and other promotional materials.
